I wanted to let you know that I’ve been working with our Travel Coordinator on travel, and she has been absolutely amazing and outstanding. She has helped us execute every single random request change (there were many) & she helped us through a nightmare of a travel day today. She has been so incredibly helpful, and I just want her to know how well of a job she did!  I know this isn’t her regular job and she was filling in for another Travel Coordinator (who I normally work with & is equally as great!). I wanted to give her a virtual gold star! I can’t say enough good things about working with her (& the entire Colpitts team honestly!)

I am sending a note of recognition and commendation for your very special and attentive employee. I have been working with her for at least the past 3-4 years on travel for our study. She has been providing hotel and air for my study patients this entire time and has been nothing but superb, diligent, conscientious, caring and attentive to all details! Today she went above and beyond to get my patient home. This patient has a difficult time traveling alone so since we finished early, I didn’t want her to have to stay overnight and travel on a busy Friday – since air travel has picked up. Needless to say, she was able to get her home tonight and we are both so thankful! Further, we have always gotten the best rates and dates we always need. And when unfortunate events happen like flight delays, cancellations, or the dreaded COVID-19, she has always helped to accommodate or re-accommodate my patients to the best of her ability. I wanted to let you know what an amazing employee you have, and she definitely deserves recognition for her diligent service! She has made my job and my life a little easier, and in the world of Clinical Research – that is priceless! I have not only been happy with her but also with the entire Colpitts Clinical team.

I wanted to let you know about the feedback I recently received. The patient gave many compliments to the Travel Coordinator how smooth the travel and arrangements went and was very impressed with the interpreter that accompanied him and very thankful of everything they did during his trip to make it run perfect. I will also share how impressive it was to see you both collaborate and provide all needed details to the patient and tolerating my endless emails.
