Our global affiliates are a vital part of our daily operations at Colpitts Clinical in managing challenges presented by studies that are ongoing in several countries simultaneously. Part of my overall responsibility is to establish, develop and manage and cultivate these strong relationships, as many of our partners have worked with us for over 10 years.

Support in countries where patients are located

Due to the complex nature of many of the clinical trials that we look after there are occasions when due to language, time zone and even local cultural differences it is important that we have partner agencies that support us in the countries where the patients are located.

Sometimes a trial can just require transportation for the patient and caregiver to and from site visits, while others have more specific needs such as financial support, long term accommodation or even assistance with passport and visa applications. These are all components that have been provided in response to sponsor and patient needs during the course of clinical trials that we have been involved with during our 15 years of experience in this field.

This close attention to detail is a vital part of handling different trials for each sponsor/CRO successfully, our tailored affiliate SOW’s capture this information allowing the partner to slot in seamlessly to the clinical trial supply chain.
