Stamford, CT—April 23, 2024— Direct Travel, Inc., a market leader in corporate travel management and parent company of Colpitts Clinical, announced earlier this month its acquisition by Steve Singh, prominent venture capitalist and founder of Concur, along with a group of leading growth investors that includes Durable Capital Partners, Madrona Ventures, Top Tier Capital Partners and Blackstone Credit & Insurance.
Singh now serves as Executive Chairman of Direct Travel, and Christal Bemont has assumed the role of CEO. With over 15 years of experience at SAP Concur, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer, Christal brings a wealth of knowledge.
Through this monumental acquisition, Direct Travel is entering a new era of innovation and growth that will also present significant benefits to Colpitts Clinical.
