Deze evenementen hebben een zo grote impact op het algehele succes van een klinische proef dat het verlangen om resultaten te behalen de planning-fase soms overweldigend kan maken. Door deze fase echter in stappen te verdelen, kunnen sponsors en CRO's hun doelen voor de IM vaststellen en bereiken.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">De eerste stap zou moeten zijn om uw trainingsdoelen vast te leggen.\u00a0<\/span>Je kunt geen doelen bereiken als je niet weet wat je probeert te bereiken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Werk uw budget uit met naleving van de wetgeving in gedachten.<\/span>\u00a0Het belangrijkste aspect dat u bij het organiseren van een IM in gedachten moet houden, is de naleving van de Sunshine Act. De locaties mogen geen luxueuze vijfsterrenhotels zijn, of zelfs hotels met de vermelding \u201cresort\u201d of \u201cspa\u201d in de naam. De maaltijden moeten een redelijke prijs hebben. Het vooruit bespreken van \u201cpharmaceutische menu\u2019s\u201d helpt de kosten laag te houden. Luchthaventelocaties zijn een goede keuze, omdat ze ook op die manier kosten besparen op vervoer. Een nauwkeurige budgettering en het bijhouden van administratieve gegevens zijn essentieel. Vergeet niet dat de drie belangrijkste punten die u bij het plannen van een IM in gedachten moet houden, consistentie, naleving en kosteneffici\u00ebntie zijn.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Bij het kiezen van een locatie is het belangrijk om rekening te houden met de regio's waaruit uw doelgroep zal komen.<\/strong>\u00a0De locatie moet zich bevinden in een centrale stad, zodat onderzoekers binnen drie tot zes uur in de stad kunnen arriveren. Houd er rekening mee dat onderzoekersvergaderingen doorgaans slechts twee dagen duren, dus wil je niet dat de deelnemers te veel kilometers moeten afleggen. Je onderzoekers willen niet weg uit het kantoor of van hun pati\u00ebnten, dus organiseer een bijeenkomst op vrijdag of zaterdag. Zodra je hebt besloten in welke stad of steden je je IM wilt houden, kies dan drie verschillende hotels en onderhandel. Het gaat niet alleen om hotelprijzen, maar ook om eten en drinken, gratis kamers, internet, AV-kortingen en meer. Weet of er tegelijkertijd andere farmaceutische bedrijven in het hotel aanwezig zullen zijn. Als dat het geval is, zorg er dan voor dat je vergaderruimte niet in de buurt van andere farmaceutische bedrijven ligt, zodat bedrijfsgeheimen niet in verkeerde handen terechtkomen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Uw agenda zal na verloop van tijd evolueren, maar u moet beginnen met nadenken over de logistieke aspecten die u in staat zullen stellen deze doelen te realiseren.<\/strong>\u00a0Hoeveel deelnemers wilt u bijvoorbeeld hebben? En hoe kunt u de aanwezigheid verhogen? Hoeveel vergaderruimte heeft u nodig om de IM zo interactief en boeiend mogelijk te maken? U heeft waarschijnlijk veel te bespreken in twee dagen, dus houd de agenda kort.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Zorg voor voldoende tijd voor netwerken en sociale activiteiten in de avond.<\/strong>, Dat wil echter niet zeggen dat de evenementen niet modest moeten zijn, om te voldoen aan de regels van de farmaceutische industrie.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Over het algemeen moet u overwegen hoe u ervoor kunt zorgen dat onderzoekers zo veel mogelijk kennis en een grondig inzicht in de klinische protocollen meenemen naar het einde van de bijeenkomst.
