Amazing & Outstanding<\/span><\/h3><\/div>

I wanted to let you know that I\u2019ve been working with our Travel Coordinator on travel, and she has been absolutely amazing and outstanding. She has helped us execute every single random request change (there were many) & she helped us through a nightmare of a travel day today. Above and Beyond Service<\/span><\/h3><\/div>

I am sending a note of recognition and commendation for your very special and attentive employee. I have been working with her for at least the past 3-4 years on travel for our study. She has been providing hotel and air for my study patients this entire time and has been nothing but superb, diligent, conscientious, caring and attentive to all details!\u00a0<\/p>

Today she went above and beyond to get my patient home. This patient has a difficult time traveling alone so since we finished early, I didn\u2019t want her to have to stay overnight and travel on a busy Friday \u2013 since air travel has picked up. Needless to say, she was able to get her home tonight and we are both so thankful! Further, we have always gotten the best rates and dates we always need. And when unfortunate events happen like flight delays, cancellations, or the dreaded COVID-19, she has always helped to accommodate or re-accommodate my patients to the best of her ability.\u00a0<\/p>

I wanted to let you know what an amazing employee you have, and she definitely deserves recognition for her diligent service!
